Returns & Exchanges: 

Our wish is for you to be nothing short of thrilled with your purchase and overall experience. Should you encounter an issue with your order delivery or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your products and we’ll be happy to arrange an appropriate resolution for you.

Few notes to keep in mind:

  • including your order # with your communication will help us to respond and resolve your issue most promptly.

  • images of damaged deliveries will be needed to help address with our carriers and/or shipping team.

  • please be sure to specify correct and current address for reships.

  • damaged items will be reshipped by us at no additional charge.

  • customer is responsible for the shipping cost of product returns.

  • store credit for returns is issued via coupon code for this website.

  • all discounted sale items are “final sale” and not eligible for return.

Return Policy:

We accept return requests up to 14 days after the product is received (per your shipment’s tracking info). Please email us to request a return so we can best assist.

Once a return is approved, customers may process their own return through our self-serve Returns Portal.

The shipping cost for the return is deducted from the total return credit.

Credit for the amount paid minus any discounts (including free shipping if the product return drops the original total paid below the minimum for this discount) is issued upon receipt and processing of the return. This credit will be in the form of a code which may be used for a next purchase and never expires.

Returns must be received no later than 30 days from date of purchase in order to qualify for a return credit.
