Shipping cost:
We’re currently offering free shipping for standard orders over $99 and a low flat rate fee of just $12 for all orders under. PLEASE NOTE: larger home furnishings will require a custom quote. You’ll see this indicated in the description on those product pages. Please email us prior to placing your order for a quote so we can ensure most accurate and competitive freight cost.
Shipping turnaround:
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow more time for processing during holidays and special sale events.
Once shipped, most orders take between 2-4 business days to arrive at your door for domestic and up to 10 days for international. Consider signing up for alerts from your tracking page as this will help you to best keep track of your shipment and avoid potential confusion or mishaps should it be left in your absence.
Missing shipments:
If you have a situation where a package may be left in a location where it could be picked up by anyone other than the intended recipient, please contact us to request a signature service. We will do our best to locate lost shipments though we are not responsible for shipments shown as “delivered” in carrier tracking details.
Should an order be lost in transit by the carrier, we will do our best to replace the missing items or provide a store credit if replacement if any missing items is not possible.
Pre-orders:
Orders that include “pre-order” items will ship complete once these items is back in stock. “Pre-order” items are indicated on the product page either in the drop-down menu or in place of the “add to cart” button and will include the expected ship-by date.
If you need any of your other items sooner, we suggest placing separate orders. Any requests to split ship after the order has been placed will incur additional fees for shipping and processing costs.
Cancelled or refused orders:
A cancellation request submitted after your order is packed may be honored though will incur a 20% restock fee.
Orders refused at the time of delivery will be refunded once received back to us though will incur a 20% restock fee.
“Final Sale” items:
Any item marked “final sale” may not be returned.
Items discounted over 30% are may be returned for store credit.
