MUSTARD SOAK is a traditional sore muscle soak and effective detoxifier for general health and well-being. This is our “Tiger Balm Soak” with a simultaneous heating / cooling effect. The essential oils contribute pain relieving and anti-inflammatory properties. Recommended for use after strenuous physical activities, throughout a detox protocol and at the onset of cold or flu to prevent or shorten the duration.

Makes an excellent foot soak for heavier detox protocols as it draws toxins down through feet rather than directly through skin
