How To Use:

1. Add a small handful of your herbal blend to bowl and cover with water just off a boil (not too hot).

2. Create a towel tent to maintain a steamy atmosphere inside.

Try spending this time as a practice by releasing mental clutter, focusing on thoughts of gratitude and wishes of well-being for yourself and others. Expressing appreciation for our botanical allies is also encouraged. It can be a good time to set intentions, enjoy calming sounds or soak in some silence.

4. Strain resulting tea through a mesh strainer and set aside to add to your bath or let cool and give to your garden.
